Allow me to introduce myself – my name is Todd Burghardt and I work for Nextage Professionals Realty. I have been warned about sounding too formal on the web…so I’ll just shoot from the hip. I’m not going to tell you that I am the Greatest REALTOR in the world (my clients might – but I won’t ) but I will tell you that I continually attend seminars, obtain additional REALTOR designations and education – just to help YOU!
I have attained National Recognition as an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) and my e-Pro® Internet Professional Certification through continuing education classes with the National Association of REALTORS.®
I am also a Graduate of the Realtor Institute and have the distinguished designation of GRI®; I have completed extensive classes on Relocation Procedures earning my Certified Agent Advantage Specialist designation (CAAS®) and Transnational Referral Certification (TRC®)
I currently serve as the immediate Past President of the Board for the DeKalb Area Association of REALTORS®, Chair the Technology Committee, serve as an Ambassador for the Oregon Chamber of Commerce, serve as a Governor for the REALTOR® Institute and Vice Chair for the Professional Development Member Involvement Group at the State level for the Illinois Association of REALTORS.®
Did I mention I was voted “REALTOR of the Year” for 2008 by the DeKalb Area Association of REALTORS?
